Der Rosato Spumante Brut von Zonin offenbart sich im Glas in einem zarten Rosé und mit einer besonders feinen Perlage. Das intensive Bouquet dieses Spumante erinnert an Glyzinienblüten und Äpfel.
Dieser harmonische Schaumwein ist am Gaumen weich und angenehm und umspielt ihn mit blumigen Nuancen und einem Hauch Mandel.
Vinifikation des Zonin Rosato Spumante Brut
Dieser Schaumwein wird zu 100% aus Nerello Mascalese vinifiziert. Die Trauben werden sanft gepresst und temperaturkontrolliert fermentiert. Der Basiswein wird in Edelstahltanks umgefüllt, in denen er nach der traditionellen Charmat-Methode zum Schaumwein wird.
