The Rosato Frizzante Marca Trevigiana from the Veneto wine growing region shows itself in the glass in brilliant shimmering light yellow. If you look a little closer, this sparkling wine also shows charming highlights. Ideally poured into a sparkling wine glass, this sparkling wine from the Old World reveals wonderfully youthful aromas of lily, lavender, perfumed rose and jasmine, rounded off by other fruity nuances.
On the tongue, this light-footed sparkling wine is characterised by an incredibly light texture. With its lively fruit acidity, the Rosato Frizzante Marca Trevigiana reveals itself impressively fresh and lively on the palate. In the finish, this sparkling wine from the Veneto wine growing region finally inspires with its good length. There are again hints of perfumed rose and lily.
Vinification of the Villa Sandi Rosato Frizzante Marca Trevigiana
This elegant sparkling wine from Italy is cuveted from the grape varieties Pinot Noir and Pinot Blanc. After the manual harvest, the grapes quickly reach the winery. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. The vinification is followed by a maturation on the fine yeast for several months before the wine is finally drawn off.
Recommended food for the Rosato Frizzante Marca Trevigiana from Villa Sandi
This Italian is best enjoyed chilled at 5 - 7°C. It goes perfectly as an accompanying wine with spring rolls filled with minced meat, goose breast with ginger-red cabbage and marjoram, or fillet of loach in Japanese style with vegetable julienne.
