Thanks to its lively fruit acidity, the Rivaner is impressively fresh and lively on the palate. On the finish, this wine from the wine-growing region of Rheinhessen finally delights with its beautiful length. There are again hints of ripe apple and elderberry.
Vinification of the Seebrich Rivaner
This white wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, namely Müller-Thurgau. Only first-class grapes were harvested for this exceptionally elegant single-varietal wine from Seebrich. After being harvested by hand, the grapes are transported to the winery as quickly as possible. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. At the end of fermentation, the Rivaner is allowed to harmonize further on the fine lees for a few months.
