Vinification of the Seebrich Rivaner
This white wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, namely Müller-Thurgau. Only first-class grapes were harvested for this exceptionally elegant single-varietal wine from Seebrich. After being harvested by hand, the grapes are transported to the winery as quickly as possible. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. At the end of fermentation, the Rivaner is allowed to harmonize further on the fine lees for a few months.
