More information about Riesling trocken - Seebrich
The Seebrich Riesling is a first-class white wine in a well-polished wine glass. It reveals a wonderfully bright, light yellow color. Poured into a white wine glass, this white wine from Germany reveals wonderfully expressive aromas of elderberry, banana and ripe apple, rounded off by other fruity nuances.
The Seebrich Riesling tastes pleasantly dry. It was bottled with 8 grams of residual sugar. This is a genuine quality wine that clearly stands out from simpler qualities and so this German wine naturally delights with the finest balance despite its dryness. Excellent taste does not necessarily need a lot of residual sugar. The texture of this balanced white wine is wonderfully light on the palate. Thanks to its vital fruit acidity, this Riesling is wonderfully fresh and lively on the palate. On the finish, this white wine from the wine-growing region of Rheinhessen finally delights with its beautiful length. Again, there are hints of elderberry and banana.
Vinification of the Riesling from Seebrich
The balanced Riesling from Germany is a single-varietal wine made from the Riesling grape variety. After the grape harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by maturation on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally bottled.
