Due to its concise fruit acidity, the Riesling Pündericher Nonnengarten Feinherb presents itself impressively fresh and lively on the palate. In the finish, this youthful wine from the wine-growing region of the Moselle finally inspires with beautiful length. Once again, hints of honeydew melon and ripe apple show through.
Vinification of the Brohl Riesling Pündericher Nonnengarten Feinherb
This white wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, and that is Riesling. For this exceptionally elegant varietal wine from Brohl, only the best grapes were harvested. After the grape harvest, the grapes are quickly taken to the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by aging on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally drawn off.
