More information about Riesling Alsace AOP - André Stentz
Riesling Alsace from the wine-growing region of Alsace presents a bright pale yellow color in the glass. In the glass, this white wine from André Stentz shows aromas of green apple, lemons and peaches, complemented by mineral. This French wine delights with its elegantly dry flavor. It was bottled with 3.3 grams of residual sugar. This is a true quality wine that clearly stands out from simpler qualities, and so this French naturally enchants with the finest balance despite all its dryness. Excellent taste does not necessarily require residual sugar. On the palate, the texture of this balanced white wine is wonderfully silky. Due to its concise fruit acidity, the Riesling Alsace reveals itself impressively fresh and lively on the palate. The final of this youthful white wine from the wine-growing region of Alsace finally thrills with a beautiful reverberation.
Vinification of the André Stentz Riesling Alsace
The balanced Riesling Alsace from France is a single-varietal wine, organically produced from the Riesling grape variety. After the harvest, the grapes are quickly taken to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Then fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Once fermentation is complete, the Riesling Alsace can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for a few months.
Food recommendation for the Riesling Alsace by André Stentz
Enjoy this organic white wine from France ideally well chilled at 8 - 10°C as an accompaniment to fruity endive salad, stir-fried vegetables with fish or roasted trout with ginger pear.
