The Reverse Weissburgunder dealcoholized from Bergdolt-Reif & Nett from the Palatinate shows a brilliant, light yellow color in the swirled glass. This single-varietal German wine reveals wonderfully expressive notes of lemons, green apple and peaches in the glass. These are joined by hints of other fruits.

Reverse Weissburgunder de-alcoholized can rightly be described as particularly fruit-forward and velvety, having been vinified with a pleasantly sweet flavor profile. Light-footed and multilayered, this light and crisp white wine presents itself on the palate. Due to its present fruit acidity, the Reverse Weissburgunder de-alcoholized presents itself fantastically fresh and lively on the palate. In the finish, this white wine from the wine-growing region of the Palatinate finally inspires with good length. Again, hints of green apple and lemon appear.

Vinification of the Bergdolt-Reif & Nett Reverse Weissburgunder de-alcoholized

This elegant white wine from Germany is made from the Pinot Blanc grape variety. The grapes for this white wine from Germany, when perfectly ripe, are harvested exclusively by hand. After the hand harvest, the grapes reach the press house by the fastest route. Here they are selected and carefully ground. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by aging for several months on the fine lees before the wine is finally drawn into bottles. Once the wine is finished, the Reverse Weissburgunder is carefully de-alcoholized.

Food recommendation for the Bergdolt-Reif & Nett Reverse Weissburgunder dealcoholized

This German wine is best enjoyed moderately chilled at 11 - 13°C. It is perfect as an accompaniment to spaghetti with yogurt-mint pesto, stir-fried vegetables with fish or vegetable salad with beetroot.
