The Reserve Fine Dry 5 Years Old from Vinhos Justino Henriques is vinified from the Complexa and Negra Mole grape varieties.
A light golden brown with glittering highlights shimmers in the glass of this Madeira. The varietal bouquet reveals notes of dried fruit. The palate enjoys a pleasant light and balanced personality. The aromas of dried fruit are also reflected here. The finish is of medium length and warmth.
Vinification of Vinhos Justino Henriques Reserve Fine Dry 5 Years Old
The grapes from 20-25 year old vines are carefully harvested by hand. In the winery on the small island of Madeira, the grapes are fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine is then aged in used wooden barrels for several years. The marriage is carried out exclusively from wines, which were stored at least 5 years in oak barrels.
