Vivanco Reserva is an excellent Spanish red wine cuvée made from Tempranillo (90%) and Graciano (10%) grape varieties.
A clear and deep cherry red shimmers in this wine in the glass. The complex bouquet of Vivanco Reserva Tinto blends the scent of boiled fruits, mineral notes, vanilla of new oak and subtle spicy nuances. The elegant tannins are perfectly integrated. Overall, this body-rich red wine presents a good acidity structure and balsamic notes. The finale delights with a wonderful complexity and elegance.
The bottle was modelled on an 18th-century wine bottle exhibited at the Vivanco Museum of Wine Culture.
Vinification of the Vivanco Reserva
Thegrapes for this red wine are carefully picked by hand and carefully selected and pressed in the wine cellar. The mash is then fermented in stainless steel tanks in a temperature-controlled manner. After the fermentation process, this wine matures for a total of 24 months in oak barrels - first for 12 months in American oak and then for 12 months in French oak.
Food recommendation for the Vivanco Reserve
This dry red wine from Spain should be decanted in time, at least one hour before serving and is then a perfect soloist.
