Der Reserva DOCa von Hacienda Grimon erstrahlt in einem tiefen Rubinrot mit purpurnen Reflexen.
In der Nase entfaltet sich ein wunderbarer Duft nach reifen roten und dunklen Früchten (Kirschen, Brombeeren) unterlegt von Vanille und Pfeifentabak, kombiniert mit gerösteten, süßen Kaffeebohnen.
Ein frischer, junger Auftakt geht in einen von roten Früchten, Lakritz und Vanille geprägten Gaumen über. Der Wein besitzt eine schöne Struktur, eine angenehme Säure und einen runden, langen Abgang mit reifen, eleganten Tanninen.
