Vinification of the Reserva La Mancha by Parra Jiménez
This wine clearly puts the focus on one grape variety, and that is Tempranillo. Only the best grapes were harvested for this exceptionally balanced varietal wine from Parra Jiménez. After the harvest, the grapes are quickly taken to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Fermentation follows in small wood at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by aging for several months in oak barriques.

This Spanish wine is best enjoyed at a temperature of 15 - 18°C. It is perfect as an accompanying wine to arugula penne, veal and onion casserole or baked feta cheese parcels.
