The Remole IGT by Marchesi de' Frescobaldi is a shiny ruby red with violet reflections. The bouquet has an intense aroma of ripe raspberries and dark cherries, complemented by a fine spice. On the palate, it presents itself intensely fruity with a very elegant velvety texture. The Remole Rosso is characterised by aromas of cherries, raspberries and blackcurrants. The tannins are soft and elegant in the soft body. Delicate spicy notes of Mediterranean herbs complement the fruit aromas.
Enjoy it on any occasion, especially with mild sausages and hearty pasta dishes.
