More information about Regent vegan halbtrocken - Michel Schneider
In the glass, the Regent vegan produced by Michel Schneider shows a bright ruby color. Poured into a red wine glass, this red wine from the Old World reveals wonderfully expressive aromas of blackberry and black currant, rounded off by black cherry.
The Regent vegan can rightly be described as particularly fruity and velvety, as it was vinified with a pleasantly sweet flavor profile. On the palate, the texture of this balanced red wine presents itself wonderfully melting. Due to its lively fruit acidity, the Regent vegan reveals itself wonderfully fresh and lively on the palate. In the finish, this youthful red wine from the wine-growing region of the Palatinate finally thrills with good length. There are again hints of black currant and blackberry.
Vinification of the Regent vegan from Michel Schneider
The balanced Regent vegan from Germany is a single varietal wine, vegan vinified from the grape variety Regent. After harvesting, the grapes quickly reach the winery. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Once fermentation is complete, the Regent vegan can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for a few months.
Food recommendation to the Michel cutter Regent vegan
This German red wine is best enjoyed tempered at 15 - 18°C. It is perfect as an accompaniment to lemon chili chicken with bulgur, roasted calf's liver with apples, onions and balsamic vinegar sauce or baked sheep's cheese parcels.
