This sparkling wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, namely Glera. Only first-class grapes were used for this wonderfully elegant single-varietal wine from Corvezzo. Following the harvest, the grapes are quickly brought to the winery. Here they are selected and carefully pressed. The base wines are then fermented. Once the cuvée has been assembled, further ageing takes place using the Charmat method. The Corvezzo Prosecco Spumante Low Alcohol Demi-Sec then matures for several months in the bottle and is finally disgorged.
