The Prosecco Extra Dry from the Friuli-Venezia Giulia wine-growing region has a brilliant, shimmering platinum yellow color in the glass. The perlage of this Prosecco Spumante is lively and long-lasting in the glass. This single-varietal Italian wine reveals wonderfully expressive notes of pineapple, green apple and pears in the glass. There are also hints of other fruits.
This light and crisp sparkling wine is light-footed and multi-faceted on the palate. On the finish, this wine from the Friuli-Venezia Giulia wine-growing region impresses with its good length. Once again, there are hints of pear and pineapple.
Vinification of Borgo Gritti Prosecco Extra Dry
This Prosecco Spumante clearly focuses on one grape variety, namely Glera. Only flawless grapes were harvested for this wonderfully elegant single-varietal wine from Borgo Gritti. After the harvest, the grapes are taken to the press house as quickly as possible. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. The base wines are then fermented.
