The vines for this red wine made from 100% Sangiovese grow on a southern slope and soils with clay and sandy layers.

The fermentation for this Italian red wine takes place with autochthonous yeasts in small fermenters made of glass concrete with a 12-day maceration at a controlled temperature of 25-30 ° Celsius.
