The final of this youthful red wine from the wine-growing region the Burgenland finally convinces with beautiful reverberation.

Vinification of the Birgit Braunstein Pinot vom Sonnenberg

This red wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, namely Pinot Noir. For this exceptionally balanced single-varietal wine from Birgit Braunstein, only the best grapes were used. After harvesting, the grapes are immediately taken to the winery. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. This is followed by fermentation in large wood at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by aging for several months in oak barrels.
