Henri Boillot Pinot Noir Bourgogne is a first-class red wine. In this it reveals a wonderfully bright, light red color. The balanced Pinot Noir Bourgogne from France is a single varietal wine, vinified from the Pinot Noir grape variety. Of course, Pinot Noir Bourgogne is also determined by climate and viticultural style Côte de Beaune and Haute Côtes de Beaune. This French wine can be called an Old World wine in the best sense of the word, and it is extraordinarily impressive. After the grape harvest, the grapes are quickly taken to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Then fermentation takes place in small wood at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by aging for several months on the fine lees before the wine is finally drawn into bottles.
