The Pinot Chardonnay brood by Ponte Viticoltori comes with a light yellow and greenish reflections in the glass. Its bouquet fragrance is floral with delicate, fruity aromas reminiscent of lemon peel, orange blossom and a hint of juniper blossom.
The palate of Ponte Pinot Chardonnay is fresh and powerful. In the finish, this spumante from northern Italy is very lively and determined by a long reverberation.
Vinification of the Ponte Pinot Chardonnay
Thisspumante from Ponte would be vinified 40% from Chardonnay and 60% from Pinot Bianco, Pinot Blanc. The basic wines are matched to each other in an optimum ratio and the spumante is produced by the Charmat process.
