The Pink Vineyard from the wine-growing region Palatinate offers itself in the glass in brilliantly shimmering raspberry-pink. The nose of this Karl Pfaffmann rosé wine shows all kinds of lilies, Gallia melon, pineapple, violets and plums.
This German wine delights with its elegantly dry flavor. It was bottled with only 7.9 grams of residual sugar. As you would naturally expect from a wine in the upper price range, this German wine naturally enraptures with the finest balance despite all its dryness. Excellent taste does not necessarily need residual sugar. Due to its vital fruit acid, the Pink Vineyard is fantastically fresh and lively on the palate. In the finish, this rosé wine from the wine-growing region Palatinate finally inspires with considerable length. Again, hints of lilac and plum appear.
Vinification of the Karl Pfaffmann Pink Vineyard
This elegant rosé wine from Germany is made from the grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Dornfelder and Merlot. The grapes for this rosé wine from Germany are harvested exclusively by hand after ensuring optimal ripeness. After the hand harvest, the grapes are quickly taken to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully ground. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. The fermentation is followed by a few months of maturation on the fine lees before the wine is finally bottled.
