The Marchesi Antinori Pian delle Vigne Brunello di Montalcino 3.0l double magnum is a first-class red wine. It has a wonderfully dense, ruby red color. This single-varietal Italian wine reveals wonderfully expressive notes of blackcurrants and blackberries in the glass. There are also hints of chocolate, tobacco and blueberry.

The Marchesi Antinori Pian delle Vigne Brunello di Montalcino 3.0l double magnum is wonderfully dry for wine lovers. This red wine is never coarse or austere, but round and smooth. This velvety red wine is full-bodied and complex on the palate. The finish of this red wine from the wine-growing region of Tuscany, more precisely from Brunello di Montalcino DOCG, impresses with its exceptional finish.

Vinification of the Marchesi Antinori Pian delle Vigne Brunello di Montalcino 3.0l double magnum

The powerful Pian delle Vigne Brunello di Montalcino 3.0l double magnum from Italy is a single-varietal wine made from the Sangiovese grape variety. The grapes for this red wine from Italy are harvested exclusively by hand when they are perfectly ripe. After harvesting, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. This is followed by fermentation in small wood and large wood at controlled temperatures. At the end of fermentation, the powerful Pian delle Vigne Brunello di Montalcino 3.0l double magnum is aged for 36 months in large oak barrels and small oak barrels. The ageing in oak barrels is followed by extensive ageing in the bottle, which makes this red wine even more complex.
