In the nose,  Philipp Kuhn's One Sauvignon Blanc promises a clear bouquet of exotic fruits, such as kiwi and passion fruit. The impression is underlined by aromas of gooseberry, green pepper and granny-smith apples. The white wine from the Palatinate is wonderfully crisp on the palate with a lively acidity and shows a true play of aromas of yellow and green fruits. In the finish, ripe aromas of lychee, gooseberry and melon are distinguished and round off the wine unforgettable.  Vinification/Production The grapes for Philipp Kuhn's pure white wine are harvested by hand. Before the grapes are fermented for several weeks, the grapes lie on the peel for 48 hours with cooling. The wine is then placed on the yeast shortly before it is bottled. The white wine is aged in an absolutely airtight stainless steel tank. Serving suggestion/food pairing A real treat with cold appetizers, light fish dishes and Asian cuisine.
