The Cantina Terlan Nova Domus Cuvée white Riserva Alto Adige 1.5l Magnum is a first-class white wine. It offers a wonderfully dense, light yellow color. When swirling the wine glass, this white wine reveals a high viscosity, which can be seen in church windows on the edge of the glass. The nose of this Cantina Terlan white wine reveals all kinds of honeydew melons, passion fruit and apricots. As if that wasn't already impressive, aniseed, nectarine and mint/melissa are added due to the ageing in large wooden barrels.

The basis for the powerful Nova Domus Cuvée white Riserva Alto Adige 1.5l Magnum from Italy are grapes from the Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Blanc varieties. The Nova Domus Cuvée white Riserva Alto Adige 1.5l Magnum is an Old World wine in the best sense of the word, as this Italian wine exudes an extraordinary European charm that clearly underlines the success of wines from the Old World. After being harvested by hand, the grapes are transported to the press house as quickly as possible. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in large wooden vats at controlled temperatures. Once fermentation is complete, the powerful Nova Domus Cuvée white Riserva Alto Adige 1.5l Magnum is matured for 12 months in large oak barrels.
