Atlantic Galician Gin - Nordés

The Atlantic Galician Gin from Nordés holds an extremely floral bouquet reminiscent of a summery perfume. Fresh lemon is very subtly underpinned by juniper. Also on the palate, this Spanish gin presents a floral, fragrant and herbaceous character. Juniper can be tasted as well as cooling eucalyptus.

The long, powerful finish is a summary of the first impressions, extended by subtle woody nuances. Overall, this is enormously light and delicate, animating lively gin with lots of freshness!

Production process of the Nordés Atlantic Galician Gin

The Spanish white wine grape Albarino serves as the basis for the gin. The distillate created from the grape is flavored with 12 local and imported herbs and ingredients. These include juniper, as well as lemongrass, celery, bay leaf, eucalyptus, cardamom, peppermint, ginger, hibiscus, Ceylon black tea, sage and cinchona bark.

For this, all botanical ingredients are first separately triple distilled and finally combined in a final distillation in the copper still, where they blend beautifully together.
