More information about Niersteiner Hipping Riesling feinherb - Seebrich
The Seebrich Niersteiner Hipping Riesling is a first-class white wine in a well-polished wine glass. There it offers a wonderfully brilliant, light yellow color. When poured into a white wine glass, this white wine from Germany reveals wonderfully expressive aromas of apricot and peach, rounded off by minerals.
This German wine delights with its elegantly dry taste. It was bottled with 17 grams of residual sugar. This is a real quality wine that clearly stands out from simpler qualities and so this German wine naturally delights with the finest balance despite its dryness. Aroma does not necessarily need a lot of residual sugar. The light-footed Seebrich Niersteiner Hipping Riesling shows us an incredibly fruity taste on the palate, which is of course due to its residual sweetness profile. On the tongue, this light-footed white wine is characterized by an incredibly melting texture. The Niersteiner Hipping Riesling is wonderfully fresh and lively on the palate thanks to its present fruit acidity. The finish of this white wine from the wine-growing region of Rheinhessen impresses with a beautiful aftertaste.
Vinification of Seebrich Niersteiner Hipping Riesling
This elegant white wine from Germany is made from the Riesling grape variety. After being harvested by hand, the grapes are transported to the press house as quickly as possible. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by maturation on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally bottled.
