More information about Niersteiner Grauburgunder trocken - Seebrich
The Niersteiner Pinot Gris from the wine-growing region of Rheinhessen presents itself in the glass in bright copper gold. Poured into a white wine glass, this white wine from Germany offers wonderfully expressive aromas of ripe apple and pear, rounded off with vanilla.
The Seebrich Niersteiner Pinot Gris tastes pleasantly dry. It was bottled with 7 grams of residual sugar. This is a real quality wine that clearly stands out from simpler qualities and so this German wine naturally delights with the finest balance despite its dryness. Aroma does not necessarily require residual sugar. The texture of this balanced white wine is wonderfully melting on the palate. The Niersteiner Pinot Gris reveals itself to be impressively fresh and lively on the palate thanks to its concise fruit acidity. On the finish, this white wine from the wine-growing region of Rheinhessen finally delights with its beautiful length. There are again hints of ripe apple and pear.
Vinification of Seebrich Niersteiner Pinot Gris
This balanced white wine from Germany is made from the Pinot Gris grape variety. After the grape harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the winery. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures.
