Vinification of the Nido Rosso Veneto from Fasoli Gino
The basis for the balanced Nido Rosso Veneto from Italy are grapes from the Corvina and Merlot grape varieties. After being harvested by hand, the grapes are transported to the winery as quickly as possible. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by ageing on the fine lees for a few months before the wine is finally bottled.
