Vinification of the Nero d'Avola Sicilia from Terre di Montelusa
This wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, namely Nero d'Avola. For this exceptionally well-balanced varietal wine from Terre di Montelusa, only first-class grape material was used. The grapes for this red wine from Italy are harvested exclusively by hand, after ensuring optimal ripeness. After the harvest, the grapes reach the press house as quickly as possible. Here they are selected and carefully ground. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. The vinification is followed by a maturation on fine yeast for several months before the wine is finally bottled.

This Italian red wine is best enjoyed at a temperature of 15 - 18°C. It is perfect as an accompaniment to plum jam, fried calf's liver with apples, onions and balsamic vinegar sauce or calf and onion casserole.
