More information

Antoniolo's Nebbiolo Juvenia Coste della Sesia DOC glows ruby red to garnet red in the glass. On the nose opens a fresh, lively bouquet with fruity aromas reminiscent of raspberry jam, ripe cherry, wild berries and spices, with mineral notes, elegant and appealing. On the palate, this young Nebbiolo presents itself tastefully, balanced, full-bodied and soft, of beautiful, clear structure, with fresh acidity and present, well-integrated tannins. Long-lasting, pleasant and pleasant reverberation.

Vinification of the Nebbiolo Juvenia Coste della Sesia DOC by Antoniolo

For this young Nebbiolo from the cool north of Piedmont, Antoniolo paid great attention to preserving the fruitiness and freshness of the grape variety. For this purpose, the grapes are macerated on the skins for a period of 6 to 8 days and gently submerged again and again, for the best possible extraction of the tannins, colour and aromas. The wine is then transferred to stainless steel tanks in which malolactic fermentation and ageing are carried out for 9 months.

Food pairings for the Nebbiolo Juvenia Coste della Sesia by Antoniolo

Young, fresh and tasty, this Nebbiolo accompanies dishes of traditional regional cuisine, classic pasta dishes, risotto in many variations, but also a whole meal, red meat, poultry, game and medium-ripe cheeses. We recommend opening the Nebbiolo Juvenia one hour before serving

.
