Vinification of the Domaine Cazes Muscat De Rivesaltes

The powerful Muscat De Rivesaltes from France is a single-varietal wine, organically vinified from the Muscat grape variety. After harvesting, the grapes are immediately taken to the winery. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by aging for several months on the fine lees before the wine is finally drawn into bottles.
