Vinification of the Borgo Molino Motivo Rosé
The Motivo Rosé is vinified at Borgo Molino from the grape varieties Glera, Raboso and Pinot Nero (i.e. Pinot Noir). The grapes are grown in the Marca Trevigiana region and are harvested at the time of optimal ripeness.
