The vines for this red wine made from Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah grow on a southern slope and soils with clay and sandy layers.
The fermentation for this Italian red wine takes place with autochthonous yeasts in small fermenters made of glass concrete with a 15-day maceration at a controlled temperature of 25-30°Celsius.
This cuvée was then transferred to small 225-liter American and French oak barrels for aging for about 12 months, after which it was bottled without further treatment.
