This Spumante Satèn Metodo Franciacorta is vinified from 100% Chardonnay from the estate's vineyards and expresses the richness and versatility of the Chardonnay grape .
All the grapes are pressed directly gently. The first must from this pressing is subjected to alcoholic fermentation in a stainless steel tank and in small barriques. In the spring of the following year after the harvest, the wine begins malolactic fermentation and ageing on the fine yeasts in the bottle for over 60 months.
