flat vineyards are located in Bonera, Menfi near Agrigento, about 90-150 meters above sea level. The vines for this cuvée from Nero d 'Avola and Cabernet Franc grow on clay and sandy soils.
After a 4-6 day mash fermentation at 15-18° Celsius, this wine matures for 3 months in a barrel and another 4 months in a bottle.
