After being harvested by hand, the grapes are quickly taken to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in small oak barrels at controlled temperatures. After fermentation, the powerful Luce Toscana 1.5 l Magnum is aged for several months in French oak barrels.
