The Lo Petit Pau PrioratQ already comes very close to this, it was vinified with just 0.3 grams of residual sugar. This silky red wine is full-bodied and multi-layered on the palate. Due to the moderate fruit acidity, the Lo Petit Pau PrioratQ flatters with a pleasing mouthfeel, without lacking freshness at the same time. In the finish, this youthful red wine from the wine-growing region of Catalonia finally inspires with beautiful length. There are again hints of sour cherry and black currant.
Vinification of the Lo Petit Pau PrioratQ from Celler Hidalgo
This powerful red wine from Spain is organically cuvée from the grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Garnacha, Merlot and Syrah. After the hand harvest, the grapes are quickly taken to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by aging on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally bottled.

This Spanish wine is best enjoyed at a temperature of 15 - 18°C. It is perfect as an accompanying wine to arugula penne, veal and onion casserole or lemon chili chicken with bulgur.
