Vinification of the Adaras Lluvia Blanco

This balanced white wine from Spain is produced organically from the grape varieties Sauvignon Blanc and Verdejo. After the grape harvest, the grapes are taken to the press house in the fastest way possible. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. The vinification is followed by a few months of aging on the fine lees before the wine is finally drawn into bottles.
