The Vini Vaccaro Liciumi Catarratto Terre Siciliane is a first-class white wine in a glass. It offers a wonderfully bright, golden yellow color. In the glass, this white wine from Vini Vaccaro reveals aromas of peaches and apricots, complemented by minerals. The Vini Vaccaro Liciumi Catarratto Terre Siciliane tastes pleasantly dry. It was bottled with 4.6 grams of residual sugar. As you would expect from a wine, this Italian naturally delights with the finest balance despite its dryness. This balanced white wine from Italy is made from the Catarratto grape variety. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in Sicily. Here, the vines dig their roots deep into volcanic rock soils. The grapes for Liciumi Catarratto Terre Siciliane are harvested particularly quickly and at the coolest possible time of day to preserve their aromas when they are optimally ripe. After being harvested by hand, the grapes are transported to the winery as quickly as possible. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. At the end of fermentation, the Liciumi Catarratto Terre Siciliane can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for several months.
