More information about Les Quarterons Anjou Blanc AOP - Amirault Vignerons
The Amirault Vignerons Les Quarterons Anjou Blanc is a first-class organic white wine. In this it presents a wonderfully bright, platinum yellow color. Swiveling the glass, one can perceive a perfect balance in this white wine, as it does not stand out on the glass walls watery or syrupy or liqueur-like. To the nose, this Amirault Vignerons white wine presents all sorts of pears. As if that were not already impressive, the aging in large wooden barrels adds hay.
The Amirault Vignerons Les Quarterons Anjou Blanc presents itself pleasantly dry to the wine enthusiast. This white wine is never coarse or meager, but round and smooth. Balanced and complex, this velvety white wine presents itself on the palate. Due to the moderate fruit acidity, the Les Quarterons Anjou Blanc flatters with a pleasing mouthfeel, without lacking juicy liveliness. In the finish, this youthful white wine from the wine-growing region of the Val de Loire finally inspires with beautiful length. Once again, hints of pear show through.
Vinification of the Amirault Vignerons Les Quarterons Anjou Blanc
This balanced white wine from France is organically produced from the Chenin Blanc grape variety. After the hand harvest, the grapes are quickly taken to the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. Fermentation then takes place in large wood at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by aging for several months in oak barrels.
