This balanced red wine from France is organically produced from Cinsault, Grenache and Syrah grapes. After the grape harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After its end, Les Petits Travers Rouge Hérault can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for a few months.
