The barrel-aged Les 7 Quelles Vaucluse from the wine-growing region of Provence reveals itself in the glass in bright purple. The first nose of Les 7 Quelles Vaucluse shows notes of red currant. The fruity aspects of the bouquet are joined by notes of barrel aging such as forest floor and black cherry.

This French wine delights with its elegantly dry flavor. It was bottled with exceptionally little residual sugar. As you would expect from a wine in the high quality wine range, this French naturally enchants with the finest balance despite all its dryness. Aroma does not necessarily need residual sugar. On the palate, the texture of this balanced red wine presents itself wonderfully dense. In the finish, this red wine from the wine-growing region of Provence finally thrills with considerable length. Once again, hints of red currant appear.

Vinification of the LQLC Les 7 Quelles Vaucluse

The balanced Les 7 Quelles Vaucluse from France is a cuvée vinified from the grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinot Noir. After the hand harvest, the grapes reach the press house by the fastest route. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks and small wood at controlled temperatures. At its end, Les 7 Quelles Vaucluse can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for 20 months.
