More information about Lemberger trocken 1,0 l - Weingut Sonnenhof
The Lemberger from Weingut Sonnenhof in Württemberg offers a bright, ruby red color in the swirled glass. Poured into a red wine glass, this red wine from Germany reveals wonderfully expressive aromas of raspberry and blackberry, rounded off with redcurrant.
On the palate, the Lemberger from Weingut Sonnenhof starts off wonderfully dry, grippy and aromatic. The texture of this well-balanced red wine is wonderfully fleshy on the palate. Thanks to its present fruit acidity, the Lemberger is impressively fresh and lively on the palate. On the finish, this wine from the Württemberg wine-growing region finally delights with its beautiful length. Once again, there are hints of blackberry and raspberry.
Vinification of the Lemberger from Weingut Sonnenhof
The balanced Lemberger from Germany is a single-varietal wine made from the Lemberger grape variety. After being harvested by hand, the grapes are quickly transported to the winery. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. At the end of fermentation, the Lemberger is allowed to harmonize further on the fine lees for a few months.
