The Peter Mertes Landlust Weißer Burgunder and Rivaner inspires with its elegantly dry flavor. It was bottled with 7.1 grams of residual sugar. For a wine in the entry-level range absolutely no matter of course, so this German wine enchants naturally with all dryness with the finest balance. Aroma does not necessarily need sugar. Light-footed and multifaceted, this light white wine presents itself on the palate. Vinification of the Landlust Pinot Blanc and Rivaner from Peter Mertes

The starting point for the first-class and wonderfully elegant cuvée Landlust Weißer Burgunder and Rivaner from Peter Mertes are carefully matched grapes. After the grape harvest, the grapes arrive quickly at the winery. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by aging on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally bottled. After the wine is finished, the Landlust Weißer Burgunder and Rivaner is carefully harmonized.
