The Lambrusco Grasparossa DOC by Cantina Puianello is a semi sparkling dry red wine from the Emilia-Romagna. It shines with intense ruby red color and a fine pintle in the glass, the bouquet is very fruity, with fragrances of violets, sour cherries, bitter blueberries and raspberries. On the palate it presents itself dry, full-bodied and tasteful, vinous, with light tannins, fresh and stimulating. The finish is long and harmonious.

Vinification of the Lambrusco Grass Parossa semi sparkling dry by Cantina Puianello

For this semi sparkling dry Italian red wine from Emilia-Romagna only grapes from the local variety Lambrusco Grasparossa are vinified, which grow on the hills in the region around Reggio Emilia, close to Scandiano and Canossa. The grapes macerate between 48 and 72 days to obtain a better tannin content, followed by fermentation, second malolactic fermentation and aging in the stainless steel tank. When it is vinified as sparkling wine, the second fermentation takes place with the Charmat method. The Lambrusco Grasparossa is a dry wine.
