The powerful Jardins d'Aussières Corbières from Domaine d'Aussières flows into the glass with a dense purple color. After the hand harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. This is followed by fermentation in small wood at controlled temperatures. After the completion of fermentation, the powerful Jardins d'Aussières Corbières is aged for another 12 months in French oak barrels.
