Vinification of Irisse Vermentino Montecucco from Colle Massari
This powerful white wine from Italy is made organically from the Vermentino grape variety. After being harvested by hand, the grapes are immediately taken to the winery. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by maturation on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally bottled.
