Vinification of the Allendorf Illusion rosé fruity
The elegant Illusion rosé fruity from Germany is a single-varietal wine made from the Pinot Noir grape variety. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in the Rheingau. Here, the vines dig their roots deep into loam and loess soils. After the harvest, the grapes are transported to the winery as quickly as possible. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by maturation on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally bottled.
