Il Passo Verde Nero d 'Avola by Vigneti Zabu is a grape varietal, full-bodied and harmonious red wine from the Italian wine region of Sicily.
In the glass, this organic wine shimmers in a deep ruby red with violet shades. The complex bouquet offers expressive aromas of juicy cherries, ripe blueberries, floral notes of violet as well as spicy nuances, some eucalyptus and a very subtle oak note. This Italian red wine with its full-bodied body skilfully takes the palate. The fruity and spicy aromas harmonize wonderfully with the balanced structure. The final comes with an impressive length.
Vinification of the Vigneti Zabu Verde Nero d 'Avola Il Passo
Only the best organic grapes (Nero d 'Avola) are used for this red wine. Once the harvested material has arrived in the Vigneti Zabu wine cellar, the mash is first fermented in the stainless steel tank and remains on the berry bowls for a long time. Thus, further color pigments and aromas are extracted. This red wine also undergoes malolactic fermentation. The expansion is carried out for 6 months at 50% in barriques and 50% in concrete tanks.
