The Hierbas de Las Dunas is a herbal liqueur that inspires with its intense herbal notes and the discreetly perceptible alcohol content.

On the palate, this Dutch liqueur seduces with tart and fruity aromas. This liqueur is creamy, velvety and wonderfully balanced.

Production of the Hierbas de Las Dunas

The inspiration for this liqueur was given to the young star chef Syrco Bakker on the island of Ibiza.

The special feature is that this liqueur is produced exclusively with fresh botanicals and not as usual with dried herbs. The 18 selected botanicals include sea buckthorn, rosehip, sea fennel, elderflower and rocket. Immediately after harvesting, the botanicals are macerated to preserve the full aroma. The finished liqueur is not filtered to give it a fuller taste. Although only organically produced ingredients are used, the Hierbas de Las Dunas does not carry organic certification
