Vinification of Weingut Sonnenhof H.A.D.E.S. Lemberger
The basis for the balanced H.A.D.E.S. Lemberger from Germany are grapes from the Lemberger grape variety. After being harvested by hand, the grapes are transported to the winery as quickly as possible. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Fermentation then takes place in large wooden vats at controlled temperatures. At the end of fermentation, the elegant H.A.D.E.S. Lemberger is matured for several months in oak barrels.
